I have direct experience as I sold through Auctioneera and bid for a purchase through Auctioneera too. I also bid for a purchase through a traditional Irish estate agent and the secrecy/suspicions were so obvious compared with the open clarity from Auctioneera. All property in Ireland should be bought and sold this way in my opinion. It is not just a cheaper option, but a transparently more trustworthy option. read less
