Bray is a town located in County Wicklow. It is a coastal town yet still is under 35 minutes’ drive to Dublin city centre making it a major commuter location for anyone looking to buy property in Bray. It has excellent transport links to Dublin provided by rail, Dublin Bus and the M11 and M50 motorways. Population of this popular town is over 32,000 and it would have been a holiday destination for many Leinster residents over the years. Wonderful amenities exist in the area and anyone buying a property in the Bray area would be able to enjoy sea activities, cycling, running and walks. The 10 km walkway from Bray to Greystones is a hugely popular spot for residents taking them around Bray Head Mountain. There is great employment in the area making it another reason to buy a property in Bray; the largest employers in the locality are in the pharmaceutical, IT and cosmetic industries.
