Their communication and professionalism throughout made me highly confident my sale was in good hands. With other agents you need to call them constantly to make sure they're on the ball, with Lee and Auctioneera, they proactively communicated with me before and after all viewings and made clear what progress was being made. They also made it easy to appoint a provider for BER cert etc so there were no delays. Massive thanks to Lee and team. I was delighted with their service. read less

I'm so glad I clicked on the Auctioneera website saving thousands of Euro in estate agent fees who charge a percentage commission instead of a flat fee like Auctioneea. Hopefully this is the start of seeing an end to rip-off percentage commission that other estate agents charge. Love your "one stop shop" website as well where you can find BER assessors, solicitors and surveyors all at great rates if you need them. I have been dealing with Robert (Gardiner) and his admin team in the office throughout the process and could not recommend him and Auctioneera highly enough. Always accessible, always efficient, always of great advice and always friendly!
Their online platform 'just works' exactly like it says on the tin...the last few moments before a bidding deadline are both exhilarating (when you sell) and stressful (when you buy) but at least there is instant certainty!! The backend is simple to use and the feedback logged by the agent after each visit is as concise as it is informative.
Costs wise, everything is upfront, there are no surprises, and the final bill is exactly as stated from the onset of dealing with them.
All in all, congratulations to Auctioneera's team on buying and selling jobs well done and I would most certainly have no hesitation recommending Auctioneera for any property deal. read less
