Their communication and professionalism throughout made me highly confident my sale was in good hands. With other agents you need to call them constantly to make sure they're on the ball, with Lee and Auctioneera, they proactively communicated with me before and after all viewings and made clear what progress was being made. I'm so glad I clicked on the Auctioneera website saving thousands of Euro in estate agent fees who charge a percentage commission instead of a flat fee like Auctioneea. Hopefully this is the start of seeing an end to rip-off percentage commission that other estate agents charge. Love your "one stop shop" website as well where you can find BER assessors, solicitors and surveyors all at great rates if you need them.
