Firstly, I saved over €6000 because they are a fixed-fee estate agent, unlike “traditional” estate agents who charge a commission. Much of the service they provide is based online, but this makes the experience very efficient and more transparent. You can see how many people are signed up for viewings, the type of buyers and after each viewing the agent gives you a report on how the viewing went.
Unfortunately I had buyers pull out of the sale on two occasions and this is when we really got our value for money. Robert Gardiner is very experienced and really stepped up to the mark with his negotiating and provided excellent advice. He made every effort to help us and eventually we got the right buyer and a great price. I’d highly recommend Auctioneera, in fact you would be stupid not to go with them. read less

Kevi... read more Auctioneera got me a great sale price for my house in D22 when four of the five auctioneers in Clondalkin said id never get NEAR my asking price. Kevin O'Rourke handled the sale and I cant fault him, He was on the ball till the sale finalised!. Auctioneera kept me up to date (the minute actually) with proceedings and overall it was a great transaction!

I would strongly recommend this firm to anyone looking to sell their property.  From the introductory meeting with Fiona Waldron, they were professional and courteous to deal with. Fiona outlined their service clearly and Auctioneera offered the same service as other agents but with a fixed fee. They listed the property on all usual sites and  arranged for professional photos. As the Seller you have complete control on all the information and pictures used.
Fiona put us at ease from the outset and assured us that the process will work for us and our house sale. The communication lines were excellent from Day 1, by all the staff at Auctioneera. Fiona and the team kept us informed of all activities, feedback from prospective purchasers, all through the bidding process and the closing of the sale.
The Auctioneera platform is easy to use and keeps their clients up to date in real time.
Fiona continued to support us even after the sale when an external party required further information.It emphasises that Auctioneera's priority is their customer at all times!

I cannot recommend enough Fiona and Auctioneera's service.
