I'm so glad I clicked on the Auctioneera website saving thousands of Euro in estate agent fees who charge a percentage commission instead of a flat fee like Auctioneea. Hopefully this is the start of seeing an end to rip-off percentage commission that other estate agents charge. Love your "one stop shop" website as well where you can find BER assessors, solicitors and surveyors all at great rates if you need them.
