From the outset, communication and responsiveness from Robert were excellent, and his initial consultation, informative, knowledgeable, and reassuring, really solidified our decision to proceed with Auctioneera. The professionalism and conduct of the entire team, both online and over the phone, were consistently outstanding.

The marketing quality was superb, with excellent photos that helped drive strong interest. Viewings were handled clearly and efficiently, and we particularly valued the summaries provided after each one, as well as the detailed bidder profiles that gave us a full picture throughout the process. The transparent bidding platform made the experience enjoyable and exciting for both us and the bidders, allowing everyone to see updates in real time.

The system is incredibly efficient at getting people through the door, and Robert’s expertise and market knowledge were evident at every stage. The fees were transparent, fair, and absolutely worth it.

If all the other parties involved in property sales, solicitors, management companies, banks etc operated to the same standard as Auctioneera, buying and selling property in this country would be a far more straightforward experience. I have direct experience as I sold through Auctioneera and bid for a purchase through Auctioneera too. I also bid for a purchase through a traditional Irish estate agent and the secrecy/suspicions were so obvious compared with the open clarity from Auctioneera. All property in Ireland should be bought and sold this way in my opinion. It is not just a cheaper option, but a transparently more trustworthy option. read less
